i am using a windows xp computer and i logged in as administrator i need to check connectivity to a website i own. i noticed that on a new computer which i have windows xp i cannot ping the website name but i can ping the website by the ip address. like for example, if i try to ping yahoo.com it does not ping, but if i enter the ip address for yahoo.com it works. what is wrong?
