Allow Remote Desktop Connection In Norton Firewall
Often you may come across situations where you have multiple computers at home and you want to be able to use both computers but with only one mouse and keyboard. Windows Remote Desktop allows you to access the desktop from one computer to another. We will show you what you need to know to to enable access to remote desktop. To access the Remote Desktop Settings, go to the following menus:
- Settings
- Firewall
- Traiffic Rules
- Default Allow Remote Desktop (Private Networks)
Its acually very easy todo.
all you have to do is go to settings > Firewall > Triffic Rules
uncheck: Default Allow Remote Desktop (Private Networks)
or if you want to allow access from the internet which i would not recommend, uncheck the following:
Default Allow Remote Desktop (Public Networks)
save your settings and try to connect using remote desktop.
Hope that helps.
