are you getting this error when you try to start a new app on your apple device or computer.
app can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer
your security preferences allow installation of only apps from the Mac App Store and identified developers
safari downloaded this file on april 23 2016 from ms.sendspace.com
to solve this problem simply go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Allow Apps downloaded from:
you will see a message at the bottom that says:
[app] was blocked from opening because it is not from an identified developer
next to this message, you will see a button that says 'Open Anyway' click on this button, now your new app should work
