I learned something new today that will blow you mind. I have the keyboard shortcuts to easily repeat the text from the top cell into the whole column of an Excel spreadsheet. These are the steps:

1. Open a blank sheet

2. Select all the rows in the column that you want the text to be the same

3. or Control + Shift + Down

4 Type the text you want repeated

5. Control + D

That is it, I've created a gif here to show you the steps I did to complete this.
