i completed installing the open source wallpaper and it working fine. but i do have one question,

i was wondering if you can perhaps show me a way to make a script for wallpapers on a server that all my users can use for example if they can login to the site and they can upload wallpapers and ofcource i will be the administrator and they will have limited permissions
