how to integrate a billing system with VHCS?

i have a linux dedicated server, i have some domains i want to host, from the list you sent me, i checked all the open source script and i want to go with VHCS, but i need a billing system for my front end for automatic account creation. i was able to install VHCS on ubuntu and centos, but the control panels in the control script i couldnt hack, so i like to compare VHCS vs webmin to see if there is an exploit during the installon in an ubuntu server, if so, please also send me the how to install VHCS on ubuntu or debian for lennyon, i also use fedora so send me the steps on how to install on ubuntu et chubuntu. once i have the VHCS install instructions, i will see if installing a billing system on VHCS can be better than the installation of vm machine is even worth it.
