i just installed webmin on my centos server. would like to know if there is an open source script for webmin control panel that is free to download.

i searched the web and only could find billmin, it says:
A small plugin for webmin/virtualmin that will automatically handle billing, customer invoices, and freezing/unfreezing a customer's domain.

but it appears to be a hoax because when i go to the project website:
http://billmin.sourceforge.net/ - there are not files to download

so my last chance is you guys, i know you have much experience in web hosting panels, do you know of any free open source plug in for webmin that will allow automatic account creation and billing system that would also allow to pay for hosting using your credit card like visa american express or mastercard or even paypal. that would be great.
