today we are going to show you how you can get the version of apache you are running on you windows server 2003.
unlike having a linux server, you can't run a simple command in your terminal to find out.
your windows 2003 and windows 2008 dedicate servers come with apache installed.
but there are times where your scripts required a certain version of apache on your system.
for this purpose we are going to tell you what you can do to find out which version of apache you are running.
the question is: how can i find out what version of apache am i running? in windows?
the answer: create a phpinfo file and open the php file with your browser from your website, there you will see a field called: version under the apache section.

1. donwload phpinfo.zip
2. unzip it
3. upload the phpinfo.php file to your website
4. open phpinfo.php file with your browser from your website, example:
http://www.example.com/phpinfo.php
