i got all my information from you regarding my accounts.

i am trying to upload my files to my website, why cant i create a directory with ftp?

when i try to create the directory, it fails

you have to be sure you have not protected your files.

make sure you give the correct permissions. try giving permissions of 775 or 777

if that doesnt work let us know

when i try to put a file at a directory already i made it i got -200 port set ok
-553 cann't create file "file name" or permission problem
but when i looked for that directory it's not there it looks like as cann't be created
